– Absolutely! This workshop is designed for everyone, no prior experience in yoga, writing, or meditation is needed. Everything will be clearly guided, so you can just relax and follow along.
What exactly is “intuitive writing”?
– Intuitive writing is a way to let your thoughts and feelings flow freely onto paper, without overthinking or worrying about grammar. It’s a gentle, creative process to connect with your inner self.
How intense are the yoga exercises?
– The yoga is gentle and focused on relaxation. It’s suitable for all levels, even if you’ve never tried yoga before. The aim is to calm the mind and body, not to push physical limits.
What should I write in my journal?
– There will be some prompts and guidance, but it’s really about what you feel in the moment. Your journal is for you, so just write whatever comes up during the exercises.
Do I need to bring or prepare anything else?
– Just bring yourself, your journal, and an open mind! No special preparation is needed. Comfortable clothes and a yoga mat (if you have one) would be ideal for the yoga part.
What can I expect from the visualizations?
– Visualizations are a way to create peaceful and positive mental images, helping you to relax and focus. I will guide you through it, so you can just close your eyes and follow the journey.
How long is the workshop?
